Open Outlook Express.

Click on the Tools menu and select Accounts.

When in the Accounts window select Add, Mail.

Enter your name.

Enter your email address in the format: username@yourdomain.net.

Enter the incoming mail server. This server is mail.yourdomainname (Note: your domain name includes .com, .net, or .org, but not www.)

Enter the outgoing mail server. This will be your existing Internet Service Provider's (ISP) outgoing mail server, which you can obtain from them.

Enter your account name. This account name is one that you will use in the future to recognize this mail account.

Enter your password for the mail server.
