How to change your Local Access Number in Windows 3.x
  1. Double-click the TotalAccess icon.

  2. Double-click the Internet Dialer icon.

  3. From the Options menu, choose Site Setup.

  4. Delete the contents of the Phone Nos field, and type your local access number.

    Note:
    Remember to check with your local telephone company to make sure that the number you choose is a local toll-free call.

  5. Click the OK button.

You have just changed your local access number using TotalAccess 1.69
